Welcome to Merahkii Styles custom design request form. How can Merahkii Styles Serve you?

CLIENT AGREES ON THE FOLLOWING BEFORE ORDERING:

  • Merahkii Styles reserve the right to decline a custom design that may be due to bookings, skills set, and/or disregarding policy & guidelines

  • All custom design) orders MUST be at least 7- 8 weeks in advance before the desired date as this allows time to design, pattern, sew, fit and alter your custom design.

  • We can provide rush orders with lead times of less than 8 weeks, but this depends entirely on our production schedule. All rush orders must first be approved, before ordering. A $100 rush fee will be added to all custom garments if the desired date is BEFORE the 7 to 8 weeks time window.

 

  • All garments and objects are handmade, not mass-produced, slight variations are expected.

  • The client understands that no design or sketch services will be provided to the client until my payment or an initial deposit has been placed, subject to artisan availability.

  • For custom orders, the client agrees to have the full balance paid in full before the order is collected.

 

  • The client understands that their deposit secures a spot on the creation schedule and the date of completion is determined by Merahkii Styles, in consultation with the client.

  • The client understands and agrees that the client may need alterations to custom garments to get the exact look/fit that the client wants to achieve.

  • The client understands that by signing this you are giving consent for Merahkii Styles to publish the photos on any of Merahkii Style’s social media platforms.

 

  • The client understands orders may be canceled up to 48 hours after the order is originally placed. Rush orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after the order is placed.

  • The client understands that if the client cannot or will not pay my remaining balance within 1 week of completion that the client forfeits their custom garment and deposit as the deposit has gone toward the cost of my materials.

 

  • Any information requested to complete the client's custom garment not provided promptly reflects the timeline of the custom garment's completion and is the client's fault if not provided.
